remodelling and restoration of the forecourt and cellar vaults beneath a grade ii* listed neo-palladian house. i worked as project architect and contract administrator within short & associates.
my contribution
- prepared planning, tender and construction information for the forecourt and cellar-vault works.
- developed design information through a two-stage tender and subsequent retender.
- managed the project through construction as project architect and contract administrator, chairing design-team and client meetings.
